But most importantly, is the way they recognize their employees with the Employee of Excellence award. I was able to view this first-hand at their 13th Annual Employee Appreciation Dinner, where the Employee of Excellence award was presented to one employee from each of their 11 wash sites. There were around 250 people in attendance from wash locations, corporate office, and vendor partners.
To be an Employee of Excellence, the winner is defined as “A team player that represents well balanced and strong attributes of which include; leadership, initiative, commitment, positive attitude, outstanding customer service, reliability, and consistency.” This definition pairs with Breeze Thru Carwash’s vision, “An excellently run carwash company that prepares people for the future and provides for the community.”
Justin Salisbury, the COO said, “You don’t need to be the best. You need to be better. The best is an impossible standard that lacks credibility. Better is a realistic claim.” Bottom line, Breeze Thru is dedicated to providing a better wash and developing better people.
Almost a year ago, I met with the Breeze Thru Carwash team, where we started to plan their second carwash to open in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Breeze Thru has a total of 11 wash locations in Fort Collins, CO (2); Longmont, CO (2); Greeley, CO (2); Loveland, CO (2); Johnstown, CO (1), and Cheyenne (2).
We have been involved with Breeze Thru for 13 years. Several Dosatron units were installed at their first location in Fort Collins, CO. The new Cheyenne location includes Dosatron water-powered chemical injectors and Etatron electric metering pumps.
