How do I place an Order?

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

You may cancel an order before it ships by calling us at 1-800-451-6628 or 1-727-451-1198. If you have any further questions please connect with us or start a CHAT.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. We will be glad to set you up in our system when you place your order.

How Can I Return a Product?

All product returns must first be authorized by calling Dilution Solutions at 1-800-451-6628 and Dilution Solutions may approve or reject a return request in its sole and reasonable discretion, as long as no chemical has been run through the products. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns. Subject to any applicable product warranty, in no event will product returns be accepted after 60 days from delivery.
