All product returns must first be authorized by calling Dilution Solutions at 1-800-451-6628 and Dilution Solutions may approve or reject a return request in its sole and reasonable discretion, as long as no chemical has been run through the products.

A 20% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Dilution Solutions.

Subject to any applicable product warranty, in no event will product returns be accepted after 60 days from delivery.
